How to Remove Students

It is possible to remove students from EVOLVE.  If the student has attended a visit, their record will be retained so you can see which activities they took part in, but they will not be selectable or searchable for future visit registers.

This can be automated daily by using EVOLVE+ https://evolveadvice.co.uk/evolve


Alternatively you can manually manage this by following the below steps.

  1. Log into EVOLVE with an EVC or Head account.

  2. Click Dashboard (orange cogs)

  3. Click Students

  1. Search for or choose the group you wish to remove.

  1. Select the box/es for those students you wish to remove.

  1. In Choose Action, click Delete Selected.

  1. Select Yes and click continue (blue play icon).

  1. The students have been removed.
