Clone a visit form

As long as your administrator has enabled the Clone Form Module you will be able to clone existing forms.

Note: It does not clone all of the information and the form will need reviewing.

1. Find the visit form you want to clone

2. Open the form

3. Click the blue double page button in the top left of the form

4. Click yes

5. The form has been cloned.
