Training FAQs 1 - before training
Someone else in my organisation booked the course for me and I am not getting any follow up emails, what can I do?
If you need to amend the booking, re-schedule or cancel, please go to www.evolveadvice.co.uk and follow these five steps:
click on training and the name of the course you have been booked on to:
click “view course dates”
in the top right hand corner of the screen you will see a button labelled “manage tickets”
click this and you will be prompted to enter the email address used to make the booking
you will be sent an email that then connects you to your booking so that you can make changes.
If you’re not sure which email address was used for the booking, or the requested email does not arrive, please contact us on training@evolveadvice.co.uk and we will be able to help you
I didn’t receive a booking confirmation - what do I do?
Confirmations are sent as soon as a booking had been made. If you did not receive this it may be because the primary details are for the person who made the booking as opposed to the delegate who will be attending.

If there is an e-learning element to the course do I have to do this part first, or can I do this after the Zoom training?
The trainer will build on part 1 content during the live session, so the e-learning must be completed before you join the online session. Please make sure that you plan enough time for this.
A colleague wants to do the training with me, can I share the meeting link with them?
This is not possible as each delegate needs to be booked separately. If more than one person at your establishment would like to attend the training then please ask them to book via the website www.evolveadvice.co.uk
