Why can't I delete staff accounts?

EVOLVE records a range of data about educational visits, including leader history.
Staff users that have historical visit data which may be needed when running reports, managing incidents or reviewing competence etc. cannot be deleted from the system by an EVC or Head.
However, you can still disable their user accounts from your school's listing by selecting the bulk disable option instead.

If you have a request as a right to be forgotten, you will need to speak to your EVOLVE system administrator and consult your employer's data retention policy.
